Lyn-Z is considered one of the top female skateboarders in the world today. She competes among elite women skaters like Cara Beth Burnside and Jen O'Brien (who are twice her age) and can hold her own ground.
Lyn-Z doesn't limit herself to one discipline, she skates vert, bowl and street and rips at all of them. She has had extensive exposure in television and print media in both national and international markets. After a small set back with a knee injury in 2006, Lyn-Z kept active in the contest scene by attending all the World Cup Skate events and commentating for them.
Her passion doesn't just stop at skateboarding. She takes advantage of the winter season by moving up to Mammoth Mountain to perfect her snowboarding skills as well. Lyn-Z has placed top 10 in many of the snowboarding events she has entered, and that's just for fun!
She has appeared in Sports Illustrated for Women, Wahine, Discovery Girl, Skateboarder, Snowboarder and Longboarder magazine just to name a few. With the 100% support she gets from her family and friends, plus the extra inspiration she gets from her older brother, Tyler, who's also a competitive skater, there's nothing stopping this young woman from dominating female skateboarding.
