Famous for his progression on the vert ramp, Mathias Ringstrom has been skating since he was ten years old. He is famous for being camera shy, which is odd since he spent the last year doing film projects for the silver screen and home video, including Accepted and a documentary about the early days of skateboarding in Sweden. Born in Stockholm, Mathias now lives in Encinitas, California, where he converted his garage into a wood shop to build his own furniture. He recently started a company, Mindtwister USA, which sells a Swedish game called Pentago. In April 2006, Mensa voted Pentago one of the five best board games of the year. You can check it out at www.pentago.com.
